The flat is located on the first floor of the four-storey apartment building Edificio Orion

The flat has a beautiful mountain view but no balcony.

A lift is available. It has two bedrooms, a separate kitchen, a living/dining room and a bathroom with shower/WC and an extra WC.

In the lower part there is the living/dining area with adjoining kitchen as well as a guest toilet where the washing machine is also located.

The combined living/dining room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and two armchairs, as well as a large dining table with a corner bench. There is a flat screen with satellite TV. Internet wifi is available. There is a hatch to the kitchen, which is well equipped and offers plenty of space.

Upstairs are the two bedrooms and the bathroom with shower tray, bidet and toilet.

One of the bedrooms has a large French double bed, two wardrobes with ample storage space and a seat by the window. There is a beautiful view of the mountain panorama of the caldera. The second bedroom has two single beds and a desk directly at the window.
